He is Quality Profession with strong skill in scripting and statistics, especially statistical application in manufacturing industry. Other than providing statistical consultancy services, he conducts various training courses, mainly on Statistics and Quality Tools.
Henry had been leading a team in supporting multinational company managing outsourcing projects in China, Taiwan, Malaysia and Thailand. He has vast experience in leading the Contract Manufactures establishing Quality System, driving Quality Improvement, managing Quality Crisis and put damage control in place quickly to gain back customer trust.
Other than formulating, implementing and promoting plant wide SPC programs, he has developed real time SPC process monitoring systems, automated system in publishing routine Quality Reports, number of Quality Information Systems, etc.
